Whew, finally. So many knew what a criminal scam she was pulling online yet we had to helplessly watch a mother rip her child and the childs' father to shreds. What a vile human being you are Connie Joy Bedwell.
Like many others, I've been warning people about her scam for 17 months now.
I find utterly amazing that people like Connie Bedwell continue scams for so long and it takes law enforcement that long to catch up with the criminals. Her multiple criminal charges have not stopped Connie Bedwell or Darrel Payne of Roseville CA from illegally soliciting funds at the SaveAaliyah.com site. YES they are ILLEGALLY SOLICITING FUNDS FOR A FICTITIOUS non-existent family trial. That is unless, she really means for you to fund her night-club bar hoping partying life-style and the criminal charges she faces.
Back to reality...
On the site it states that the money is all going to her lawyer for the upcoming family civil trial. Well folks, there IS NO family or civil trial coming up - only Connie's criminal trial. Yet she's still scamming the public while she awaits her next criminal court date of September 22, 2010.
She must have a couple good-sized Prairie Oysters in her pants to keep behaving in a criminal manner all the while the DA still investigates her. Go figure, her bible codes must have told her she's predestined for jail I guess.
What Connie Bedwell accomplished on a very small level - is convince a tiny piece of the internet that her child was abused by the father. Simply not true!
We all know by now there were 11 separate investigations all allegations unfounded and she lost all custodial rights to her child. It was THEN that she took to the internet to shout from the roof tops her 'latest' ever changing story of sexual abuse by the dad - who was fully investigated, never ever charged & completely & utterly exhonerated - authorities & doctors proving all of Connie's stories about child abuse to be a complete fabrication. The father received & maintained full permanent custody since July 2008. Can we spell revenge? Never heard of a woman fabricating & lying about a father to keep custody & 'control'?
Connie Bedwell is still under investigation via the FBI Internet Fraud Unit and while she somehow believes she will escape those charges, she will be as shocked as she was by her current criminal charges she's facing.
Connie Bedwell COULD HAVE (like actual legitimate people) provided the donations to be forwarded straight to her lawyer and placed in a trust account and make her 'claims' a bit more legitimate but she has not done that either. ALL monies sent is absolutely untraceable no matter the so-called receipts she states she could provide.
To sum up - use common sense if you choose to blindly believe people online with fantastic stories to tell.
While the woman is real, the child is real, the custodial fight is real.. thats where the story ends. Aaliyah has never been abused (by her father) ever. The courts, law enforcement, countless child psychological & medical professionals have all proven her claims to be frivolous and vexatious in nature.
Vexatious is defined as court filings & claims without cause or proof continually brought to the courts. She has never had 1 shred of proof other than the grand stories of convincing her own family members and a handful of friends that Aaliyah's behavior is related to abuse. Really, I could convince my family of many things too. If you 'tell' them what to look for, people will interpret things through your eyes. You are smart - to an extent Connie - to an extent yet intelligence does not necessarily make for a good, healthy sound-mind stable supportive co-parenting mother and the courts have clearly seen through your scam.
Connie - I agree with you dear. Aaliyah's behavior is related to the abusive nature of your methodical parental alienation campaign to smear the father and scare your child into fearing that parent a couple years back. It is obvious WHY your child acted out in your supervised visitations, it is what abused children do - reminding everyone Connie Bedwell is the abuser of her child. Children act out when they are around the abusive parent - namely YOU. It is highly documented how children of P.A.S. behave around the abuser and Aaliyah used to show traits of coaching & abuse & acting out when in the company of her mother. EMPHASIS on used to. How awful and terrifying it must have been to be around your insanity Connie.
Now that she's been out of your reach for a 1 & 1/2 years, she has improved vastly (thankfully) and is a very normal happy well-adjusted child - amen. Her counselor and multiple teachers at school, doctors & psychologists continue to find Aaliyah a very healthy loving child who is being raised in a very stable calm peaceful home in the loving arms of her amazing courageous completely innocent father. What is the common denominator to her improvement? Your absence Connie.
The only thing Connie Bedwell is doing today is continuing her path of revenge due to the fact she lost custody of her child. Her own major psychological evaluation, parental alienation & her choice to engage in criminal behavior has forced the courts to deal accordingly with this mother.
Think about it internet public - and then go help someone in real need, with real proof, with all the evidence & a charitable foundation to back them up.

Innocent fathers are accused everyday by a mother somewhere in the USA. Connie you won't win. The Judge will always decide what's in the best interests of the child and Aaliyah's rights & interests will always supercede your so-called rights. You just don't get it.
